it hangs often while tried sms viewing. the sound is very poor to hear in public places, ring tones received from other phones is unable to forward, limited type of ring tones only can be sent to other phone as compared to nokia and other,and the received tones are not editable, i can not down load operator logo and other logo as it is possible in other cheaper phone of nokia. |

I am using this fone for last 10 months
Bloody hell slow!!
But camera is good.
Some dust has entered inside the screen which looks bad.
* key has become very stiff

Ur all Le Crap this fone is wicked. U all al complainin about how it dosent have zoom and the cameras crap. The thing is the cameras good and night mode is wat u use to take pics in the dark DAW. Anyways noone listen to the crap people in here and buy this fone if u dont really care about java games, but want a wicked camera! |

this fone is crap.it is slow, slow and slow!! i used 2 be able 2 get about 150 sms but now i can only get 50!! also its very slow to look at messages and the only quick way 2 look at you phtotos is 2 put them in albums!! and can someoen tell me how 2 get the zoom? |

A few problems:
1. Texting is very slow
2. pics taken on camera are very dark in any slightly dimly lit places
3. cannot hear incoming calls in noisy places even when volume is on max.
can anyone recommend a phone thats better than this one and thats not too expensive!?

I have bougt this phone one week ago. I have two problems
1- I could not find the place where phone entries order can be changed in the software. In user manual it is showed but when i enter the place as in manual, i can't see related link.
2- I want the phone yo show only one group of the calling groups, as i mentioned above again i ca not find related link. |

some people say that the sms is to slow!! the motorola company said that if the unit is purchaced on the black market this is the problem..my fone s great and it never hangs and i found more about d cam that has an 2x zoom..compared 2 my T630 that i purchaed a month ago it sucks...motorola e365 is great... |

Well I have the phone for 3 months and i find that it is nice exept for few bugs
1. No java games
2. No changing soft keys
3. Slow Processor
4. Easy to scratch Glass
5. Poor Camera
I Am going to sell my phone and buy a Sony Ericcson T610 Or 6600 soon

The handset has the list of problems:
1. Unable to hear properly in public places, even though the listening volume is set to max.
2. Photos taken in the hand set has lot of scratches and the image is blurred. It is not to the standard mentioned in the hand set manual.
3. The hand set seizes to work if the signal is not reachable.The hand set is entirely demobilized. Nothing works later on. |

The Motorola e365 is the worst piece of hardware to come out of the revered Motorola company. The software is pure excellence but the Hardware is crap, crap, and mega crap. I have known the Motorola reliability since the Vietnam war Walkie Talkies and they used to be very good UNTIL NOW. Users, for your own benefit, please put electrical tape on the bottom of the phone were the openings are, as they absorb moisture like crazy and will let condensation (even from your mouth) seep in and DESTROY the very fragile PCB components of your phone. First to go is the keypad component board, numbers 7,8, and 9 will start to fail, then 4, 5, and 6 will follow. Charge your batteries remotely and seal those openings!!!! |

This phone has ONE GREAT WEAKNESS and it is moisture getting into the bottom contacts (by just your breath!!) will corrode the PCB components and will render the keypad useless, starting with keys 7,8,9 then 4,5,6!!! The keyboard module and the mainboard modules are easily corroded. The BEST solution is to put ELECTRICAL tape on the bottom contacts so no moisture can get inside!!! Looks ugly...but it will last you longer. Charge the batteries remote and keep the bottom sealed. |

I like very much with this phone. But some problems really get me disappointed. Problem like: personalized caller groups. It's always return back to its default setup after turn the phone off for quite long time.
SMS very slow when the inbox is filled with only 25-30 sms's.
I hope it had a video recorder, mp3 ringtones, 4X zoom, memory upgrade or even more functions as possible.Anyway that's 2much.It's a very well built fone 4 users like me 'cos i've dropped the fone a 100 times and it gets away with minor scratches.

Advertised as 'PERFECT FOR MESSAGING' but...typing sms is a DRAG(slow!) once you get in the middle. Didn't MOTOROLA TEST THIS PHONE FULLY BEFORE PUTTING IT OUT IN THE MARKET???! A good company but...what is this? I'm not alone with this problem. |

Good value for money,but the tacky plastiky keys suck.keeps making those clikyclakysounds!!the soft keys cant be reassigned as in good old c350.damn browser from RSA keeps hanging and freezes the phone.resolution rocks,camera rocks though frame rate is low in night mode.MOTOROLA GODS,HOW ABOUT A S/W UPGRADE?and dunno why ths phone has no capacity for a memory upgrade.anyway,money well spent. |

Thats realy a great phone to use.
The clarity of the picture is very good, i compared it with my friends NOKIA phones they r costlier & especially cam fones with this config. is twice the cost. i like this E365 very much. Infact i use to change the cell very offen but im not going to change it.

good everything, cheap, data cable enough for me (using laptop, i do not have pda). Only first problem with push wap. i get this phone on Dec2003, and one month to find key button 0 and # for accessing left nvelope and bookmark (when already connected).

3rd problem: it is quite often to hang or even reboot after quite a while.
4th problem: It is hang when the charger is kept on for quite long time after complete charge.
I am sure the problem is on the loaded software of the phone. Anyone has the same problems? |

I LURRRVE this phone. It really pisses me off that it dozent have java games tho. I spent ages trying 2 find sum 2 download then sum 1 told me I couldnt. can u even download normal games? i dunno. I hope u can. but apart from that, this pohne rocks. |

This phone is one of the most quality phone on the market, i work for nokia and i get stick for having a motorola but i can laugh at them when i watch there real one players on there nokia 6600's shut down there phone. this has as good a camara as a nokia 66oo anyway. |

I purchased this phone two days back. I likes this model very much because of large well displayed screen and melodies inside the phone. But there is a problem of my phone. I didnt set the photos for phone numbers. when I received a call I didnt get the photograph of the same even I stored and set the photo for the same number. Its my problem

A very Good Mobile to have. The camera is also very good with 640x480 pixles. Even Sony Erricson which cost more than E365 is not having this much pixels and clarity. |
